About
Yogendra Jaiswal
I am a software engineer (SDE) currently working at Incubyte. My core background is backend engineering, and my current work is increasingly shaped by applied AI: building practical tooling, agent workflows, and LLM-powered developer experiences that still need to behave like real software systems. Day to day I work across TypeScript, React, and Next.js where the product surface needs it, alongside APIs and services.
This site is both a technical blog and a compact portfolio: a place to document what I build, how I think about backend systems, and the technical areas I can go deep on in interviews and hands-on engineering work.
Focus Areas
- Backend APIs and application design
- Applied AI engineering, LLM integrations, and agent workflows
- AI-assisted developer tooling, prompt and tool design, and workflow guardrails
- TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS
- Go and Java
- PostgreSQL, SQL behavior, and data consistency
- System design, performance, and reliability
What You Will Find Here
- Write-ups on engineering topics I care about, such as SQL isolation levels, TypeScript API design, agent orchestration, and geospatial lookup strategies
- Public projects and experiments from my GitHub profile
- Notes that reflect how I approach software design, debugging, and tradeoffs in real systems

Why This Site Exists
Most portfolios stop at listing skills. I prefer showing my thinking through concrete projects and technical writing. If you are evaluating me for a role, the best entry points are the Projects, About, and latest posts sections.
